At an exhibit of Santo Nino statuettes in the Ayala Center, a prayer room had been set up. According to the Sister Mary Pious who attended the exhibit, the Holy Sacrament - in the form of bread, which constitutes the living presence of God - was lacking, it could not be termed a chapel. Yet Cebuanos instinctively knelt and offered prayers to the Santo Nino, offering donations and proferring petitions.
